auto-close comments after certain age

Description

Have a setting (configurable by post?) to have commenting on a piece locked after a certain date.

  • have the option to close from the get-go
  • have a configurable date to auto-close
  • have a toggle that allows the original author to close/open on demand overriding the first two options.
