RSS Reader with ability to submit as News

Description

Ability to add an RSS link to my profile, which will grab the last "X" items. Then be able to submit a specific item from the RSS as a news item. Possibly as a mini-item/link on the main page sort of like /. articles which don't show the whole summary.

It'll be an extension of the users ability to have their own selection of RSS links in their profile.
