Please use this tool to submit bugs, enhancement requests, or just general tasks that you think I should be doing.

In order to use this you must Login (this prevents spam). You can login using your existing PoC user name and password.

Adding a Task

  • Make sure the task is not already listed.
    • if it is add a comment to it.
    • If it needs to be redone and has a 'closed' status, reopen it.
  • Using the New Ticket feature, you can add tasks.
  • Give the task a detailed and suitable summary.
  • When referring to a version of the website there are 3:
  • When referring to the type of request there are 3 types:
    • Defect - This is a bug, something that is broken and needs to be fixed.
    • Enhancement - This is something that you would like the website to be able to do.
    • Task - This is something trivial that just needs to be done. ie, import data, update graphics, etc.
  • Providing a description as detailed as possible is greatly appreciated.
  • The additional details on the bottom half are optional, but if you know what component or further details it is appreciated if they can be filled out.
  • If you need to upload an image, or document check the box beside I have files to attach to this ticket and you will be given further options after you submit.
